Data Protection (General)

When you access our website, general information (so-called server log files) is automatically collected. This includes, among other things, the web browser you are using, your operating system, and your Internet service provider. This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person and is evaluated by us statistically in order to improve our website in terms of technology and content. The collection of this information is necessary in order to be able to deliver the content of the website correctly.
The use of the website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g., name, address, or email addresses) is collected, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

If a contractual relationship is to be established, developed or amended, or if you send us an inquiry, we collect and use your personal data to the extent necessary for this purpose (inventory data). We collect, process, and use personal data to the extent necessary to enable you to use the website (usage data). All personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose (processing your inquiry or executing a contract). In doing so, we take into account tax and commercial law retention periods. Upon request by the competent authorities, we must provide information about this data (inventory data) in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, for averting danger, for fulfilling the statutory tasks of the constitutional protection authorities or the military counter-intelligence service, or for enforcing intellectual property rights.

We expressly point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to completely protect data from unauthorized access.

The use of contact data published in accordance with the legal notice requirements by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. Exceptions to this are existing business relationships or if you have obtained our consent.

The providers and all third parties named on this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent. The same applies to the commercial use and disclosure of the data.

Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. If we become aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links
This website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was found at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove such links from this website immediately.

Copyright
The content and works on these pages created by the service providers, their employees, and commissioned third parties are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the prior written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, such content will be removed immediately.

Cookie Policy
This website uses cookies and Google Analytics for analysis and statistics. We use cookies for analysis, among other things. By continuing to use the website, you consent to their use. (Changes can be made at any time via the pop-up menu on the website.)

Use of Google Maps
We use Google Maps (a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter “Google”) on our website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function (e.g. for directions).  When you visit our website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, data is transferred to Google, in particular your IP address, location data, and search terms entered (e.g., for route planners). This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account.

Legal basis
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings and to make it easy to find the locations we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR or is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, provided that this was obtained within the framework of the cookie banner.

Data transfer to the USA
Google also processes your data in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Objection/revocation
If you do not want Google to collect, process, or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser or block the execution of scripts in the cookie banner. In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map function.
